I bow in thanks to my many mentors, ancestors, and allies, both human and more-than human.

I give thanks, also, to chamomile, honey, rose, garlic, and rosemary, for their protection magic that bends time. May this website and this practice be in service of a world that is healthy and healed. May we be protected by the hands of our benevolent ancestors, by the redwood, the snake, and the fox. May we learn to dance together in the expanse between joy and grief.
